  • Pricing for our cleaning services is confirmed during the initial walkthrough for your property. For your convenience, we also offer estimates over the phone. Minimum prices are $130 per visit for weekly, $150 bi-weekly, and $250 for one time services.

  • We are currently established in Monrovia, CA and have a 10-15 mile radius of accepted work.

    Special cases accepted

  • All jobs are aimed to be completed as efficiently as possible; an accurate timeline will be provided after initial walkthrough is completed.

  • We do not specialize in window cleaning but will be willing to spot clean on each visit. (exterior excluded)

  • If we miss an area on the checklist, we will provide a discount and head back to correct the error if needed.

  • We only vacuum but we are partnered with JR Carpet Care which specializes in upholstery and carpet. All Triple T clients are eligible for discounted prices.
